C-r-o-s-s-l-i-n-k International (C-I) practices QUALITY holistically
through the triad of PEOPLE, PROCESS, and TECHNOLOGY. PEOPLE overall, are
our single most valuable asset in our organization. Our quality people are
accountable to ensure a repeatable PROCESS, for all parts, at all facilities.
Our manufacturing processes utilize a combination of operators, machinery,
materials, and specifications to build a part. At C-I, quality measures are
engineered into the part process using a variety of TECHNOLOGIES when a part is
being developed. With our concurrent use of people, process and technology, we
have found to achieve the quality standard that exceeds our Customers
expectations.

We define Quality as the "Value" perceived by our Customers. Value
relates specifically to the product details: on-time shipping, defect free,
built to specification, and at a fair price.
C-I believes that these quality values must be internalized and understood at
every level of the organization. Our approach to communicating and implementing
these values is one of encouragement, education and training. Continued
education provides employees with the tools, confidence, and motivation they
need to implement our quality philosophy. Committed to continually improving the

Quality control is not the responsibility of any one person. It is the
responsibility everybody, from the President to the shipping department
receiver, to picker, packer and final inspector. Quality comes from everyone in
and around the facility.
